The Association's Board Meetings are held at 7PM, the fourth Wednesday of the month. Hearings for violation appeals begin at 6PM.

GARBAGE PICKUP
(Refuse, Recycling & Yard Waste Collection

Pickup is weekly on Wednesday, unless a holiday occurs prior to or on
Wednesday, in which pickup is delayed one day.  Holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day , and Christmas Day.
For Senior Citizens Discount:  Send photocopy of driver's
license to:  Arc Disposal & Recycling Co., Inc., 2101 S. Busse Rd., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056
(Discount is applied to Association account.)
 
ARCHITECTURAL COMPLIANCE -
Prior to making any updates or changes to your home such as window or door replacement(s), storm doors, deck staining, patio work, satellite dish installation or replacement, landscaping, etc., please review the BCIIHA Rules and Regulations, and Architectural Control Standards to insure all proper requirements are met!
